Yes, you can use your own shipping account for your order. We support major carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Just provide your account information during checkout or contact market@visiondatm.com, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

and QA when they are ready for shipping. But in case any product you receive is damaged, defective or does not match the description provided, you always have the objection period of 3 working days from the receiving date, among when you could submit all your queries or any other comments.

If your order meets the refund policy before shipment, we will process the refund within 1 day. Please note that the platform will charge a 6.4% handling fee.
