1. Orders & Payment

Can I place a bulk or company order?

Yes, we support both individual and bulk orders. For large quantity purchases, please contact market@visiondatum.com for pricing and customization options.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. For business customers, company invoicing options may also be available.


Can I use my own shipping account (FedEx/DHL/UPS)?

Yes, you can use your own shipping account. We support FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other major carriers. Please provide your account details when placing the order.


Why is a PCCC required?

A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required by Korean customs for personal import clearance. For business customers, the PCCC is requested only for platform processing and will not be used for any other purpose.


Why am I unable to complete my credit card payment?

Credit card payments may occasionally be declined due to bank security checks, card restrictions, verification issues, or temporary processing errors.

If you experience any difficulties with online payment, please contact our team. We will review the issue and help identify an available payment solution, including alternative payment methods where applicable, to ensure your order can be completed smoothly.

2. Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?

For customized Vision Datum products, the typical lead time is 3-4 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on order specifications and production schedule.


Which shipping carriers do you use?

We mainly ship via FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Customers may also use their own carrier accounts if preferred.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return a customized product?

Customized products are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply depending on the case.


What is your refund policy?

If your order meets the refund conditions before shipment, we will process the refund within 1 business day. Please note that a 6.4% platform fee will be applied.

Do you provide technical support for installation?

Yes, we provide full technical support for installation, configuration, and usage of Vision Datum industrial imaging products.


Are product specifications available before purchase?

Yes, detailed specifications and datasheets are available. Please contact our team if you need assistance selecting the right model.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled before production begins. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible.
