iBX-SWU640B-240は、640 × 512 InGaAs CMOSセンサーを搭載し、最大240 fpsまでの高速撮影に対応した高性能SWIR（短波長赤外線）産業用カメラです。1000から1900 nmまでのスペクトル応答により、可視光イメージングでは識別が困難または不可能な材料に対して優れたコントラストを実現します。
グローバルシャッター設計により、高速で移動する物体の歪みのないキャプチャが可能であり、インライン検査、半導体分析、科学イメージングに最適です。14ビットの出力深度と35 e⁻未満の低い読み出しノイズを組み合わせることで、低照度のSWIR条件下でも高い信号対ノイズ比性能を発揮します。
統合されたTEC冷却システムにより、周囲温度より最大40°C低いセンサー冷却が可能となり、ダーク電流を大幅に低減し、連続動作中の安定した画像品質を確保します。
USB 3.0インターフェースとCマウントレンズ対応により、iBX-SWU640B-240は産業用ビジョンシステムや実験室環境に容易に統合できます。
