L'obiettivo VIS-SWIR corretto IR è progettato per minimizzare l'aberrazione cromatica nelle bande visibile, NIR e SWIR, garantendo immagini nitide e prive di distorsioni in tutto lo spettro. Utilizza materiali ottici specializzati, come vetro a bassa dispersione, vetro fluorurato o germanio, insieme a rivestimenti multistrato per migliorare la trasmissione della luce a tutte le lunghezze d'onda.
