Line Illumination

The Line Illumination is designed for high-speed line scan camera systems, providing uniform and focused lighting for continuous inspection applications. With optimized optical design using cylindrical lenses, it reduces light diffusion and improves image consistency during high-resolution scanning.

Features & Applications

The emitting width can be adjusted by changing the distance between the LED board and lens, while light color, cooling method, and emitting length can be customized up to 3000mm. It is widely used with line scan cameras for LCD, TP screen, LTO and PCB inspection, as well as food, medicine packaging, printing defect detection, and industrial production line inspection.
