Product Description
The iBX-SWU640B-240 is a high-performance SWIR (Short-Wave Infrared) industrial camera featuring a 640 × 512 InGaAs CMOS sensor and high-speed imaging up to 240 fps. With a spectral response from 1000 to 1900 nm, it delivers excellent contrast for materials that are difficult or impossible to distinguish in visible imaging.
Designed with a global shutter, the camera enables distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects, making it ideal for inline inspection, semiconductor analysis, and scientific imaging. Combined with 14-bit output depth and low readout noise below 35 e⁻, the camera provides high signal-to-noise performance even under low-light SWIR conditions.
An integrated TEC cooling system allows sensor cooling of up to 40°C below ambient temperature, significantly reducing dark current and ensuring stable image quality during continuous operation.
With a USB 3.0 interface and C-mount lens support, the iBX-SWU640B-240 can be easily integrated into industrial vision systems and laboratory setups.
