The iVa640LWD is a high-performance 640×512 thermal camera with a VOx uncooled sensor, designed for vehicle and industrial applications. It features advanced Defog & Defrost functions to ensure clear imaging in fog, frost, and harsh weather. Its scene-based NUC enables shutterless operation, ideal for driving and real-time monitoring.

The camera offers versatile interface options including USB, FAKRA, and 4-pin aviation connector, supporting various connectivity and testing scenarios. Lens options of 4.1mm F1.2, 6.9mm F1.2, and 13mm F1.0 are available to suit different field-of-view requirements. Built with IP67 / IP69K-rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it ensures reliable performance in extreme environments.
