Spring Bar,one is small pieces of metal that are used to hold watch straps in place. Vision Datum first performs image processing and uses a backlight to ensure uniform illumination of the lug area to reduce the impact of shadows and reflections on detection. The machine vision system can use morphology to analyze whether the spring bar is bent, worn, or has other problems.
