💳 Transaction Fees Are Non-Refundable
When a refund is issued, please note that payment processing platforms do not return their service fees. These fees are not charged by our store, but by third-party providers (Shopify & PayPal).The handling fee will be deducted from a certain percentage of the order amount.

Shopify Payments: 2% transaction fee is not refundable.
PayPal: Charges a 4.4% + $0.30 USD fee, which is also non-refundable.

These amounts will be deducted from your refund total.

All of our products are made to order or prepared specifically based on your purchase. We kindly ask customers to confirm their needs before placing an order. If you need assistance or further clarification before ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help!

Preparation Time
