The iBX-SWU990A/J is a high-performance SWIR camera featuring the Sony IMX990 InGaAs sensor. With a 1280 × 1024 resolution, 200fps frame rate, and 400–1700nm spectral response, it delivers high-resolution short-wave infrared imaging for industrial inspection, scientific research, and machine vision applications.

Designed for demanding imaging environments, the camera is available with either TEC Cooling or External Cooling options to reduce sensor noise and ensure stable performance during continuous operation.

The USB3.0 interface provides high-speed data transfer and seamless integration with machine vision systems, laboratory equipment, and OEM platforms.
