L'illuminazione telecentrica Serie VT-TI emette fasci di luce parallela altamente collimati. Abbinata a obiettivi telecentrici, forma un sistema di imaging telecentrico completo per eliminare la distorsione prospettica e l'ombreggiatura dei bordi, migliorando il contrasto dei bordi e la precisione della misurazione dimensionale per applicazioni di visione macchina di precisione.

Disponibili due tipi di costruzione:

  • Modelli standard (senza suffisso L): Luce telecentrica a uscita rettilinea
  • Modelli con suffisso -L: Illuminazione telecentrica piegata a 90°

    Costruita con un percorso ottico interno a riflessione, la serie -L devia l'uscita della luce di 90 gradi. Riduce drasticamente l'ingombro di installazione orizzontale, progettata specificamente per attrezzature automatiche compatte e progetti con spazio limitato, come l'ispezione dei semiconduttori.

D: Qual è la principale differenza tra la versione piegata -L e la versione standard?

R: I parametri delle prestazioni ottiche rimangono coerenti. La versione -L presenta una direzione di uscita della luce piegata a 90°. Selezionare i modelli piegati quando lo spazio orizzontale all'interno della macchina non è sufficiente per il montaggio rettilineo. È ampiamente scelta per le attrezzature di ispezione di wafer e semiconduttori.

D: Queste luci telecentriche possono funzionare con qualsiasi obiettivo telecentrico?

R: Sconsigliamo che il diametro effettivo dell'illuminazione della luce sia maggiore del campo visivo dell'obiettivo abbinato, e la distanza di lavoro deve corrispondere all'intervallo WD consigliato. Contattaci per una consulenza sull'abbinamento ottico.
