Product Description

Our LWIR camera is a type of thermal imaging camera that operates in the long wave infrared (LWIR) spectrum, which ranges from 8 to 14 micrometers. A micro LWIR camera uses a microbolometer as an image sensor, which is an uncooled device that measures the temperature of each pixel by detecting the change in electrical resistance caused by infrared radiation. A micro LWIR camera has several advantages over other types of infrared cameras.

We use Uncooled VOx Microbolometer Sensor that low cost,Generally speaking, infrared cameras have relatively high requirements for image quality. If the camera temperature is too high when used for a long time, the camera will not be able to image well.this sensor is cheaper than infrared detectors that require a cooling system or more expensive detector materials
