LEDs are evenly distributed along all four sides, while a light guide plate diffuses the light to provide consistent and uniform illumination across the inspection area.
With multiple light-area and inner-hole sizes available, the MT Series is ideal for edge and corner inspection, metal surface scratch detection, IC pin character inspection, diode pin flatness inspection, and BGA solder joint inspection. Its square lighting geometry helps minimize uneven illumination and improves image clarity for automated inspection systems.

Key Features

Four-sided LED arrangement for balanced illumination.

Diffused light guide plate for uniform lighting.

Designed for square and rectangular workpieces.

Multiple light areas and inner-hole sizes available.

Improves visibility of edges and corners.

Suitable for precision machine vision inspection.

Applications

BGA Solder Joint Inspection

IC Pin Character Inspection

Diode Pin Flatness Inspection

Metal Surface Scratch Detection

Cigarette Case Inspection

Edge &
