The Vision Datum iVaster640LWT is a high-resolution 640×512 radiometric LWIR thermal camera module designed for accurate temperature measurement and thermal anomaly detection in industrial and embedded vision applications.

Featuring an uncooled VOx microbolometer sensor, 8–14μm long-wave infrared spectrum, and 12μm pixel size, the camera delivers clear thermal images with reliable temperature measurement performance. With a 25Hz frame rate and NETD ≤50mK (≤40mK optional), it enables precise detection of heat variations in complex environments.

With an ultra-lightweight 21×21mm compact module design, the iVaster640LWT is optimized for integration into embedded systems and supports processors from NVIDIA®, Qualcomm®, MediaTek®, HiSilicon®, Rockchip™, and Allwinner™, making it suitable for UAV payloads, industrial monitoring, predictive maintenance, and intelligent thermal inspection systems.
