We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s what you need to know about refunds on our website:

🧾Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to applicable tariffs, please email your company name and FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number to wcss@visiondatum.com after placing your order. (U.S. customers only)

💳 Transaction Fees Are Non-Refundable
When a refund is issued, please note that payment processing platforms do not return their service fees. These fees are not charged by our store, but by third-party providers (Shopify & PayPal).The handling fee will be deducted from a certain percentage of the order amount.

Shopify Payments: 2% transaction fee is not refundable.
PayPal: Charges a 4.4% + $0.30 USD fee, which is also non-refundable.

These amounts will be deducted from your refund total.

All of our products are made to order or prepared specifically based on your purchase. We kindly ask customers to confirm their needs before placing an order. If you need assistance or further clarification before ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help!

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Preparation Time

• In-stock items: Ready for quick shipment.
• Pre-order items: Typically require around 14 days for preparation. We will notify you promptly after your order.

Shipping Carriers

Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
• Once an order is processed, address changes may not be possible.
